Product Terms

• Sum insured : minimum IDR Rp 300.000,- up to IDR 30.000.000,- according to selected plan.
• Minimum basic premium : according to age and selected plan.
• Policy holder/main insured: 21 years old s.d 59 years old (renewal maximum age is 65 years).
• Insured entry age : spouse 18 years old - 59 years old (renewal maximum age is 65 years).
• Insured entry age : children 6 months old - 17 years old (renewal maximum age is 23 years).
• Premium payment method : monthly and annualy.
• Insurance period : 1 year can be renewed until the participant maximum age is 65 years (adult) and 23 years (children).
